Design, modeling, and Construction Drawings

Because design and construction is often a colaboration between different skilled tradesmen I offer my services in CAD drawing/ computer modeling/ and design to other builders. In the building field there is a need for drawings that are not just pretty pictures but are buildable drawings. Buildability is related to actual construction methods used by a builder. I work closely with the builder to understand their methods. This insures or 'cuts to the chase' and provides documents that will assist the builder in materials purchasing, constructablity, and cut lists.

I offer my sevices affordably to builders in need of drawings from schematic to detailed. I also offer computer modeling and imagery which can assist a builder in construction and in selling a project to a client.
